Thanks goes to Hip2Save for sharing her huge saving experience at the Commissary. Heard she went to the Commissary yesterday and was able to score some awesome bargains that she highlighted most of the deals she scored on her post. I couldn't believe that she purchased a total of 80 items and spent just $28.72 out of pocket (including a $5.93 Surcharge which is like Military tax). Her purchased total was $120+ before coupons and ended up having a savings of 80%! Basically each item cost me $0.36! I am telling you all, got to love coupons!
